Evaluation and Analysis of User Satisfaction of Ride-Sharing Service: An Assurance and Empathy in Bangladesh Perspective

The key purpose of the research work is to evaluate and analyze ride-sharing service (RSS) users’ satisfaction, from assurance empathy perspective in Bangladesh. Factors applied study are adopted SERVQUAL dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, tangibility, empathy). Data were collected with a structured questionnaire RSS users Dhaka city. Study hypotheses tested regression analysis method SPSS. And result indicates that services satisfaction generators both perspectives. may provide some insights relevant providers planning further offerings improved ensure greater user satisfaction.
